The Cathedral Women’s Fellowship (CWF) is involved in the following ministries :
Flowers – the Flower team is responsible for floral arrangements for the weekly worship services and weddings in the Cathedral. The team meets on Fridays and Saturdays to prepare and arrange the flowers.
Sewing – the Sewing team sews the linen for the Lord’s Table, table cloths and keyboard covers used in the Cathedral’s worship services. The team meets once a week on Thursday morning.
Embroidery – the Embroidery team embroiders the stoles, frontals and other items used in the Cathedral’s worship services. The team meets once a week on Thursday morning.
Craft – the Craft team makes cross stitches and crochet bookmarks and beaded crosses. They meet every 3rd Saturday afternoon of every month.
Church Linen – the Church Linen team washes and irons the Communion linen.
Caring and Sharing – There are 2 teams under Caring and Sharing.
The Caring team visits the St Andrew’s Home for the Aged on the 4th Thursday afternoon of every month.
The Visitations team visits house-bound members and those in hospital on Monday mornings/mid-day.
Programmes – the Programmes team organises talks, retreat and activities.
Growth Group – this is a Bible Study group that meets once every two months on Sat at 2.30pm for fellowship and to study the Word of God.
