It is located near City Hall, Downtown Core, within the Central Area in Singapore's central business district. It is the main Cathedral church of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore and serves as the mother church of 27 parishes.

Job Opportunities
St Andrew’s Cathedral is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of audio, visual and lighting for worship services and events.
- Guide the team of AV volunteers.
- Support AV Coordinator to roster volunteers for audio, visual and live stream needs.
- Live sound: Consistently ensures a quality live mix is achieved during worship services and as needed. Adjusts for specific audio needs of each song/speaker by making adjustments to IEM monitors, mixing board /mix and house speaker levels. Records audio as needed.
- Visuals: Assists in creating slides in ProPresenter and PowerPoint. Assists with adding videos/visuals into the presentation as needed.
- Support AV operations to meet live-stream needs
- Ensures all technical equipment is set up optimally for rehearsals and services.
- Maintains systems: Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and scheduling of repairs.
- Interfaces with worship leaders and service pastors for full preparedness.
- Is accountable for ensuring audio and video recordings of services are completed and backed up in a timely manner.
Other responsibilities may include: - Provides audio/visual support to other events - weddings, funerals, etc.
- Collaborates with the Media Team on the production of videos e.g. interviews, ministry promotional videos etc.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- Is trained as a sound technician with proficiency (or demonstrates potential proficiency) in running live sound.
- Must have an ear for music and in-depth knowledge/appreciation of multiple musical genres and how to achieve a high quality mix for different genres. Great ear for audio blend is required.
- Understands in-ear monitoring systems, cabling, mics, room acoustics.
- Has working knowledge of various state-of-the art mixing boards (prior proficiency on Allen&Heath is preferred), sound systems, digital technology, projection systems.
- Knows or shows aptitude for advanced learning of PowerPoint and demonstrate proficiency of ProPresenter by a mutually agreed upon date.
- Knows how to record, edit, crop, and compress audio and video files (Adobe CS preferred but not required)
- Knows how to operate video and lighting equipment. Camera skills and video editing experience required.
- Willing to learn from and teach others with patience.
- Willing and able to work in the evenings, and on weekends
- At least 1 year of experience volunteering or working in church production.
CITY Community Services
CITY Community Services is a community service of St Andrew’s Cathedral, and a member of Singapore Anglican Community Services. SACS is a registered Social Service Agency with IPC status. CITY runs a befriending and mentoring programme in 8 primary schools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be part of the team running the activities in the befriending programme.
- Be able to engage the students and ensure their safety, discipline and well-being during programme hours.
- Be a facilitator in the annual camps and ad hoc workshops.
- Be a facilitator on Saturdays for Befrienders Alumni Club for youths.

Overview
The Operations Manager oversees the Cathedral’s day-to-day operations and ensures the efficient and smooth functioning of all logistical and facility-related aspects. This role requires strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to the Cathedral’s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including building, grounds, and equipment.
- Coordinate facility usage for various activities and events.
- Manage facility-related contracts and vendors.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Work with Service Coordinators and Operations team to support the planning and execution of events, including worship services, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Maintain effective communication with staff, volunteers, and congregants.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the church in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer software applications (e.g. Google Workspace).
- Experience in event planning and coordination preferred.

We are a 24-bedded Home in Clementi, providing for the physical, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing of residents and underserved in the community. We are committed to provide care, support, and assistance to our residents through a wide range of activities and connect them to the wider community – families, friends, relatives, church, and neighbourhood. Care Associate
- This role will provide holistic care to female ambulant residents at the Home. This includes personal care when needed, as well as accompanying residents for medical appointments and outings. You will support and help the nursing aides to serve medications, prepare and serve meals and maintain physical upkeep of the Home. You will also notify the Supervisor and record the residents’ daily conditions and any occurring events or defects in the Home.
Requirements
- Minimum primary school education
- Must be able to read and understand simple English
- Able to speak multiple dialects an advantage
- Is caring with a strong passion to serve the elderly
- Able to perform 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Able to sleep over in the Home for at least one night per week
Caretaker Duty:
(Custodian of Church Property and Safety)
- Ensure the gates and facilities are opened and closed on time, and that only authorised personnel and vehicles are left in the compound after closure.
- Arming and disarming the alarm systems.
- Keep vigilance for suspicious persons or items, especially after office hours and to report any incidents to the supervisor.
- Contact point for staff and public on suspicious items or disruptive people, and contacting ambulance or authorities when needed.
(Cleanliness and Orderliness)
- Responsible for keeping the sanctuaries and worship places clean and orderly.
- Make sure that resources under their care are sufficient and kept in a good order.
- Assist in keeping church equipment and fixtures in good condition, by reporting to Estate team for follow-up.
(Holy Sacraments)
- Responsible for preparation of the Holy Sacraments for services and other ministry needs.
- Maintaining the Chalices, Ciborium used for Holy Communion, and other Ornaments and Plates in good condition.
Logistics Support
- Prepare rooms and setup for events (seminars, meetings etc) as per requirement.
- Be on standby to provide logistical support to all ministry needs (eg communion, baptism, confirmation, ordination, weddings)
Requirements
- Prior experience in building operations in church buildings will be an added advantage.
- NITEC and above or relevant studies.
- Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Required to work on weekends and to perform 10-hour shift and standby duties when necessary.
