  • Entry to CNS will open at 1:30 pm.
  • All ER members are required to go through the verification process at the registration counters located at the B2 lobby before entering the CNS.
  • Members who did not pre-register are welcome to walk-in on the day of the AGM.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Parish of St Andrew’s Cathedral will be held on 4 May 2025 (Sunday) at 2pm at the Cathedral New Sanctuary (CNS), St Andrew's Cathedral.

  • Members who wish to vote at the AGM must be on the Electoral Roll (ER) of St Andrew’s Cathedral. Baptised members who are at least 17 years of age, confirmed in the Anglican Church, regularly attending Service and partaking Holy Communion in the Cathedral, are eligible to be on the Electoral Roll. Members may check if you are on the Electoral Roll by submitting the ER Enquiry Form.
  • The Electoral Roll membership for the purposes of AGM 2025 shall be the prevailing enrolled members on the Electoral Roll at the date of the AGM. If you are not on the Electoral Roll but are eligible, please submit your ER Application Form (available by request from membership@cathedral.org.sg) by 11:59am on 26 April 2025 (Saturday) if you wish to be eligible to vote at the AGM 2025.
  • The quorum for the AGM may be formed only by members on the Electoral Roll who are physically present at the AGM.
  • Members are encouraged to pre-register their attendance at the AGM by submitting the AGM 2025 Registration Form by 11:59am on 26 April 2025 (Saturday), to allow checks on ER status to be conducted beforehand in order to facilitate faster registration and entry into the AGM.
  • Members who do not pre-register will be able to attend and vote at the AGM, subject to verification at the door prior to their entry into the AGM that they are on the Electoral Roll. We seek members’ patience and understanding for any wait and delay due to the need to conduct the ER checks at the door for members who have not pre-registered their attendance.
  • Members may download the Annual Report here (when available).
  • Members who are on the Electoral Roll and who submit the AGM 2025 Registration Form by 11:59am on 26 April 2025 (Saturday) will receive digital copies of the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Budget before the AGM.
  • Please note that we are going paperless as much as possible for a better environment, and hard copies of the documents will not be generally available.
  • The AGM will elect the People’s Warden and 12 members of the Parochial Church Council (PCC).
  • According to the St Andrew’s Cathedral Constitution, candidates for election to membership of the Parochial Church Council shall be on the Cathedral Electoral Roll and must be nominated by writing from one member and seconded by another to the Honorary Secretary, subject to prior written consent to nomination by the candidate. The Candidate, Proposer and Seconder must all be members on the Cathedral Electoral Roll.
  • The PCC Nomination Form is available here and during office hours from the Cathedral staff office at the South Transept, Level 2. The nomination forms shall be submitted by electronic means, or by hand/ post to Secretariat, St Andrew’s Cathedral, 11 St Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178959, by 11:59am on 12 April 2025 (Saturday).

  11. Q&A
    Members may submit their questions using the AGM 2025 Q&A Form. The Cathedral leadership will answer questions that are substantial and relevant to the AGM agenda, and received from members by 26 April 2025 (Saturday) @ 11:59AM.

    If there is opportunity and time after the questions received from members by 26 April 2025 (Saturday) @ 11:59AM have been dealt with, the Chairman may open the floor for questions that are substantial and relevant to the AGM agenda.

  13. Any Other Business
    According to the St Andrew’s Cathedral Constitution, a written notice of any motion for discussion at the AGM shall be submitted to the Honorary Secretary not later than 7 days before the AGM date. All written notices shall be sent to secretariat@cathedral.org.sg or by hand/ post to Secretariat, St Andrew’s Cathedral, 11 St Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178959, by 26 April 2025 (Saturday) @ 11:59am.
