Forgive Us Our Sins As We Forgive Those Who Sin Against Us

2/3 May
  • The Lord’s Prayer links receiving and extending forgiveness through the small word “as.” As you sit and reflect prayerfully on that word, what might the Lord be asking of you in this season: to forgive a debt, to confess a hardened heart, or to trust his mercy more deeply?
  • If Paul’s six-stage progression—“bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour, slander, malice”—were a journey map, which stage do you relate to most when reflecting on a specific hurt, person, or memory? What does this reveal about parts of your healing process that are still in progress?
  • Paul exhorts us, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” What does it mean to entrust that person into God’s hands today?

Give Us Today Our Daily Bread

25/26 Apr
  • In which areas of your life do you find it difficult to acknowledge that God provides your daily bread? Bring this to Him in prayer.
  • How is God leading you to be a channel of His provision to others in the body of Christ?

Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be Done, on Earth as in Heaven

18/19 Apr
  • Which aspect of God’s kingdom excites or comforts you the most?
  • What hinders you from letting God’s will take precedence over your will?
  • How does praying the second and third petitions in the Lord’s Prayer challenge the way you live daily life (e.g., priorities, values, decisions)?
  • How can you help one another live under God’s kingship more intentionally?

Our Father in Heaven, Hallowed be Your Name

11/12 Apr
  • When you think of God as “Father,” what emotions or images come to mind? How does this shape the way you pray?
  • In what ways might Christians either honour or misrepresent God’s name to others around them?
  • What is one practical way this week you can live so that God’s name is “hallowed” through your actions or attitudes?
