- When you hear that Jesus will come again to judge the living and the dead, do you feel more hope or more fear, and why?
- Is there anything in your life that calls for repentance, renewed obedience, or a more earnest response to Christ’s lordship? Share your personal reflection, even if it involves failure.
- If Jesus were to examine not only our beliefs but also the visible fruit of our love, what would he see in us today?

Discussion Questions
- Paul says, “If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile” (1 Corinthians 15:17). Why do you think the bodily resurrection of Jesus is so essential to the Christian faith? What would Christianity become if Jesus had died but never risen?
- Paul says that because Christ is risen, we can “live a new life” (Romans 6:4). Where would you most like to see more of Christ’s resurrection life in you at this stage of your life? Perhaps in forgiveness, freedom from shame, relationships, habits, priorities, or your need for approval and recognition?
