Revd Christopher Chan
Vicar
Revd Christopher’s fulltime ministry journey began in Chapel of the Resurrection in 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees from Trinity Theological College. He began serving in St Andrew’s Cathedral in 2021, took on the role of Acting Vicar three years later, and was appointed as Vicar in 2025. He has a passion for discipleship and desires to see this strengthened in the Cathedral community. An avid musician, he enjoys playing the guitar. He is married to Adeline, and they have a daughter named Shannon.
Revd Daniel Lim
Priest
Revd Daniel oversees the Next Gen and the Worship and Creative Arts Ministries, and serves as the Service Pastor for the Saturday 4:45pm and Sunday 4:30pm Services. A graduate of Trinity Theological College, he has been in ministry since 2006 and joined St Andrew’s Cathedral in 2021. Revd Daniel draws refreshment from fellowship with believers, as they journey together and share testimonies of God’s goodness. He believes there is a deep hunger for God among the young people and endeavours to nurture the next generation to grow and thrive in faith.
Revd Andrew Yap
Priest
Revd Andrew, his wife Diana, and their daughter Mikayla were missionaries to the Anglican Church of Thailand for 13 years, where their ministry focused on church planting, discipleship, and leadership development. Returning to Singapore in 2020, Revd Andrew was appointed the Associate Director of Missions for the Diocese of Singapore. Currently, he leads the Missions and the Small Group & Fellowship Ministries at St Andrew’s Cathedral. He is also the Service Pastor of the Sunday 9.30am service and Wednesday 12.30pm service.
Revd Moses Israeli
Priest
Revd Moses has been faithfully leading the Myanmar Worship Service, which has grown steadily under his guidance and care. Known for his cheerful personality, he also serves as the Service Pastor for the 11.30am Sunday service and carries out various outreach activities through the Befriending Migrant Workers (BMW) ministry. Ordained as a priest in 2020, Revd Moses holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College. He is married to Nay Nay, and together they have two lovely children, Isabelle and Immanuel.
