Please submit the names of your dearly departed loved ones and register to attend the service via the online form.
Due to very limited parking lots available, members are encouraged to car-pool or take public transport. Details on direction to the venue is available via All Saints Memorial Chapel website.
Members are to be seated 15mins before the start of the service
