- The 7th commandment, “You shall not commit adultery”, protects the sacredness of marriage, vulnerable hearts, and our own souls. Which of these three aspects resonates with you most, and why?
- Jesus teaches that adultery begins in the heart and imagination, not just actions. Be honest before God: where’s the “battle in the heart” in your life (thoughts, media, online)?
- Jesus’ call to “tear out the eye” or “cut off the hand” highlights drastic steps to avoid sin. What practical “radical steps” might the Holy Spirit be prompting you to take the greater sexual integrity?
